When you receive leads through our service, we also process the contact information that end-customers provide voluntarily via Meta lead-ad forms.

3. The Chat Assistant On This Site

The chat bubble on this website is an AI assistant. What you type into it is stored so the conversation has memory, and it is processed by our AI provider to generate replies. It is not used to train any public model. If you give it a phone number, we treat that as your request for us to continue the conversation with you on WhatsApp, and the transcript moves to that thread. If you do not want to be contacted, do not enter a phone number.

4. SMS and Voice Communication

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive service-related calls, SMS messages, and WhatsApp messages from ScaleFlow, including lead notifications, campaign updates, and account communications. Standard messaging rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

We will not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Our business clients, for the purpose of delivering the leads they paid for
• Service providers that operate our infrastructure (hosting, email, WhatsApp messaging, telephony, CRM)
